The Coherence Intelligence Division (CID) develops and stewards the Lathell Coherence Intelligence Ecosystem™ (LCIE™) — a symbolic, non-clinical architecture that unifies internal, external, and ecosystem-level coherence for leadership, strategy, research, and complex systems design.
CID is the internal division responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving LCIE™ — including UQCP™, NBE™, AIE™, Coherence OS™, and the Universal Coherence Object (UCO) — as foundational Lathell intellectual property.
CID governs three primary engines — UQCP™, NBE™, and AIE™ — which operate together with Coherence OS™ and the Universal Coherence Object (UCO) to create a unified coherence stack for strategic, non-clinical modeling.
Models coherence in external structures, environments, and systems — including organizations, strategies, and operational architectures.
Models symbolic internal states — identity, emotion, cognition, motivation, and narrative — as a coherent internal field.
Models coherence at the ecosystem level, across networks, multi-system environments, and collective narratives.
Underneath CID’s engines lives Coherence OS™ — a dual-kernel conceptual operating system — and the Universal Coherence Object (UCO), a shared symbolic structure that expresses coherence across all engines, modules, and use cases.
Coherence OS™ synchronizes UQCP™, NBE™, and AIE™ through a dual-kernel design and a central translation layer known as C-Bridge™.
All components are symbolic and non-clinical. They provide conceptual modeling for research, leadership, systems thinking, and strategic analysis.

CID does not operate as a product line — it functions as a foundation technology and strategic division, supporting leadership, enterprise, research, and ecosystem-level work wherever coherence, alignment, and transformation must be understood.
All applications are strictly non-clinical and symbolic. CID does not perform human subjects research, medical assessments, or biometric data handling; it operates in conceptual, structural, and narrative domains only.
The Coherence Intelligence Division follows a phased roadmap: from foundation architecture and internal engines, to simulations, enterprise tools, and large-scale ecosystem intelligence.
Each phase includes formal documentation, IP updates, and governance reviews to maintain conceptual integrity, non-clinical classification, and long-term strategic alignment.
