Lathell Community Care™

Supplement-based wellness support for people priced out of traditional care.

The Affordable Wellness Support Program and Lathell Community Care™ provide structured, supplement-based support, education, and simple AM/PM routines for people who cannot afford traditional insurance or frequent medical visits. This is wellness support — not insurance and not a medical plan.

Supplement-Based Wellness Support • Not Insurance • Not Medical Care

Who this is for

This program is intended for adults who:

  • Do not have health insurance, or have coverage they rarely use because of cost.
  • Feel priced out of traditional healthcare, rising premiums, and large deductibles.
  • Want affordable, structured supplement support each month.
  • Want help supporting circulation, mobility, kidney-friendly wellness, sleep, and overall energy.
  • Prefer natural, supplement-based wellness support alongside their existing medical care.
  • Are seniors or adults on fixed or limited income looking for realistic, non-clinical support.

Our goal is to support people who are falling through the cracks of the healthcare system — people who care about their health but cannot easily pay for frequent doctor visits or multiple prescriptions.

Participation is voluntary and can be paused or cancelled at any time. This does not create an insurance policy, medical coverage, or emergency-care relationship.

How it works

1. Lathell Essential Care Plans (monthly support)

Participants enroll in one of several structured Lathell Essential Care Plans. Each plan includes a defined monthly supplement bundle and a simple AM/PM routine.

Final pricing and product selections are set by Lathell Nutraceuticals and clearly documented in each plan’s enrollment materials. The examples below show how plans are structured, not medical claims.

Plan A — Preventive Essentials*

Example: $29 / month

For adults who want basic daily support on a tight budget.

  • • Core Lathell multivitamin-style support*
  • • Foundational immune & general wellness support*
  • • Simple AM / PM dosing chart
  • • Monthly “Essentials Guide” (diet, sleep, movement basics)

Plan B — Metabolic & Circulation Support*

Example: $59 / month

For adults concerned about blood sugar, weight, and everyday circulation support.

  • • Very low-glycemic sweetener & metabolic support formulas*
  • • Nutrients that support healthy blood sugar already in the normal range*
  • • Gentle circulation & vascular support nutrients*
  • • Monthly “Metabolic Basics” education sheet

Plan C — Senior & Men’s Prostate Support*

Example: $99 / month

For seniors and men who want targeted prostate, sleep, and vitality support.

  • • Lathell prostate support formula (e.g., Psaguard™-based)*
  • • Gentle sleep-support nutrients to encourage restful nights*
  • • Joint and mobility support options for seniors*
  • • Monthly “Stay Independent Longer” guide

2. Program wallet & predictable billing

Each participant receives a personal program wallet. Once per month:

  • A scheduled program contribution is processed.
  • The contribution appears as a wallet balance for that participant.
  • The balance is used to cover the curated supplement shipment for the month.

All wallet movements are tracked so both the participant and the program can see how funds are used.

3. Monthly supplement shipments

Based on the selected plan, a monthly shipment is prepared and shipped. Each shipment includes:

  • Program-specific Lathell supplement products.
  • Clear label instructions on how and when to take each product.
  • Language that this is a wellness support shipment, not a prescription.

4. Guided education (non-medical)

Every plan is paired with simple education materials: sleep basics, hydration, gentle movement, diet awareness, and kidney-conscious or senior-conscious guidance. Tools may include:

  • Plain-language wellness guides and checklists.
  • Self-check worksheets (energy, sleep, cravings, pain levels).
  • Group or recorded education sessions (no individual diagnosis).

5. Check-ins and outcome tracking

Participants may complete short check-ins tracking:

  • Sleep quality.
  • Mobility and daily activity.
  • Daytime energy and fatigue.
  • Perceived stress and overall wellbeing.

These are self-reported wellness scores only. They are used to improve plans and evaluate group-level outcomes. They are not medical assessments or diagnoses.

Support options

Support is focused on helping participants understand and use their supplement program effectively, within safe, non-medical boundaries.

  • Billing & wallet support – questions about monthly contributions, balances, and program charges.
  • Shipment & order support – issues with deliveries, product counts, or damaged packages.
  • General wellness & usage questions – how to take products, how plans are structured, what each tier includes.
  • Program changes – pausing, changing tiers, or cancelling participation before the next billing date.
Support staff do not provide medical diagnosis, adjust prescription medications, or give medical instructions. Participants should contact their doctor for any medical questions or concerns.
Beyond individual plans, Lathell Community Care™ creates support options that work through churches, community centers, small businesses, and employers.

Community & church-based “micro-care” hubs

  • Community Care Kits for members (supplements + guides, not prescriptions).
  • Printed materials: “How to support your health when money is tight.”
  • QR codes linking to Lathell education and symptom tools.
  • Simple revenue-share options to support local work.

Employer & union wellness options

  • Lathell Preventive Benefit™ — a flat per-employee monthly supplement support option.
  • Ideal for high-wear jobs: construction, warehouse, home-care, cleaning, security, and more.
  • Focus on joint comfort, mobility, recovery, and day-to-day clarity.*
  • Basic group-level reporting for employers (enrollment and shipment summaries).

*Supports normal musculoskeletal and circulatory function, not treatment for injuries or occupational disease.

Recommendations

To get the most from Lathell Community Care™ and the Affordable Wellness Support Program, participants are encouraged to:

  • Use supplement products consistently as directed on each label.
  • Inform their healthcare provider about all supplements they are taking.
  • Complete monthly wellness check-ins honestly.
  • Maintain basic healthy habits where possible (hydration, walking, sleep routines, stress reduction).
  • Use our education materials to make small, realistic daily changes, not “all at once” extreme swings.

Program data may be combined (de-identified) to show how participants, as a group, are doing over time. This helps improve the program and can support potential collaborations with nonprofits, public-health partners, and impact-focused funders.
